Our team of educators, led by our administration, is committed to working with your family in this endeavour. Welcome to Fellowship Christian Academy!
Letters from Administration

Parents,
I find it is a blessing to work at Fellowship Christian Academy and consider it a privilege to work with a team of like-minded and dedicated teachers and staff. This is the finest group of people I have yet had the privilege of working with.
If you are looking for a school that provides a sound, Christ-centered curriculum where traditional teaching methods are used and Biblical values are taught, then our school may be of interest to you and your family. FCA includes grades Kindergarten through 6th, presently and we will be adding a 7th grade in the coming year. We also have our Little Promises Preschool that is a half-day program that includes 2s, 3s and 4s.
Having been established in 2017, we are a relatively small school and maintain a family-oriented atmosphere where parents are encouraged to be involved in their children’s education. Our team of over 30 teachers and administrators is here to teach students, to pray with students and to encourage them daily.
We place emphasis on working along with parents to build a strong foundation of character while giving a solid academic foundation using Abeka, a well-known and accredited curriculum. Our teachers are experienced and passionate about Christ, prayer and teaching.
I'd love to get to know you and your family and encourage you to reach out to us and take a tour of our school.
Paul Nussbaumer
Head of School
Hello Families,
I feel so blessed that the Lord has led me to Fellowship Christian Academy and am blessed to be the Head of Lower School. My husband's job in the military brought us to North Carolina in 2015 and after the birth of my second child in 2017 I felt drawn to return to work but wasn't sure how with two young children. The Lord helped me to find the perfect job for me and my family after hearing about Little Promises Preschool from a fellow mother at a park. The next thing I knew I had a part-time job as a preschool teacher at Little Promises Preschool and have felt at home ever since.
Since being here I have come to greatly appreciate how Fellowship Christian Academy focuses on helping parents raise up their children not just academically, but how it focuses greatly on helping each child to grow in their Faith. Every morning each class starts its day with pledges, whole class prayer, and an Abeka bible lesson. As I visit classes throughout the day, I see students not only hearing Bible verses but learning about how to apply them to their lives.
If you are interested in learning more about our wonderful school family here please feel free to come and take a tour!
Blessings,
Patty Cridland

Dear Families,
It is an honor to serve as Director of Preschool at Little Promises Preschool. My oldest first began preschool here in 2021 and I joined the team shortly thereafter. Being a military family and moving frequently, I have served in the education field and taught a variety of ages from young three year olds to seniors in high school as well as an editor for a women’s ministry providing exposure to many styles of teaching. I am grateful God led my family here to Little Promises as well as New Covenant Fellowship.
Here at Little Promises Preschool, we believe students learn through play in centers, with hands-on activities, instructional time and specials including Bible, music, exploration and story time. The preschool began in 2013 with a desire to provide for a need in our community and we continue to serve the Carthage and Moore County community.
Our mission at Little Promises Preschool is to point the children to Christ in all that we do. We would love to partner with your family. Please reach out to schedule a tour. We look forward to meeting you and your family.
